Justin Bieber isn’t ruling out a reconciliation with Selena Gomez

Justin Bieber isn’t ruling out a reconciliation with Selena Gomez. Despite whatever he has going on with model Jayde Pierce, the “Sorry” singer spoke candidly — and even a bit longingly — about his ex on Monday’s Ellen DeGeneres Show.

“It is tough,” the crazed chair flipper admitted when Ellen asked if it’s hard to see pics of his “first love” Selena. “There is a lot of stuff that reminds me of her. You know in relationships you see something on TV and you are like, ‘Oh, I remember we used to watch this.’ Or I remember that smell and it reminds me of the time…”
A punchy Ellen cracked, “You told that girl in Bora Bora that stuff? 'Me and Selena used to do that…’ No, no — I am just playing with you.” However, she did ask if he was open to getting back together with Gomez.

“Um maybe? We have a lot of history together so it could possibly happen,” he answered what seemed to be genuinely. “I think we are both just on our own journeys and figuring ourselves out. And I think maybe once we figure ourselves out, we can come back and make an awesome duo. Or she finds someone awesome and I’ll find someone awesome. I just want her to be happy.”

Bieber, 21, admitted that three songs in his new album, Purpose, which is out Friday, are about the 23-year-old singer/actress, including “What Do You Mean?,” a little bit of “Sorry,” and “Mark My Words.”
Justin also talked to Ellen about his Bora Bora trip with Pierce while discussing those full-frontal pics. He said his manager, Scooter Braun, broke the news to him and he, like his dad, wasn’t upset by what the world saw. “It was pretty much like a couple days later. Scooter, he was like, 'Yo, I hate to tell you this, but your penis is on the Internet.’ I was like, 'What?’” Justin recalled.

He continued, “The first thing I saw [was] the censored one and it had like the black [bar] over it. I was like, 'Oh my goodness, like, I don’t know what this is gonna look like. Then it wasn’t, like, as bad as I thought it was gonna be. It wasn’t as terrible.”

It hasn’t hurt his ability to attract new love interests, either, but maybe new isn’t someone he has really has in mind.
